At the time of the invasion and attack I was sick in bed. The previous 4 days I had only eaten lettuce, tomatoes and water , a semi fast of sorts to help me recover. I did not have the fuel to fight off 2 attackers. Thus I regrettably did not punch my attacker in the face as his statement in the Sheriff Report stated THOUGH HE EARNED IT, DESERVED IT, NEEDED IT, But my hands were busy being crushed, twisted, bent, and destroyed by my attacker (SEE MY MED REPORT AND CRIME REPORT)

After the attack I did not realize the extent of my injuries and neither did the deputy. Neither of us had an MRI Machine and I declined the ambulance when offered by the deputy.

The sheriff report has very little detail of the mechanics of the attack : I assume the Florida Assualt Prosecutor would have taken the detail BUT NEVER CONTACTED ME AS THE Theft Prosecutor Closed the case right after he told me the Assualt Prosecutor would take my statement. He told me this after he told me I made my invading attackers late for their next business appointment and that they were only “borrowing” the hardware they stole. = I WAS OBSTRUCTED BY THE HOSTILE THEFT PROSECUTOR

This case was “passed off” from the sheriff’s office to the prosecutors office for a more detailed investigation, which did not occur.
